Service Description

In this experiential workshop participants will learn about how trauma shows up in our bodies and behaviors and learn tools for releasing unhealthy energy. Through movement and art therapy you can discover peace, release, and awareness. Take as one class or combine for the three week program. $40.00 per class. Tuition includes all supplies.
