Youth Trauma Healing Workshops

Service Description

In this experiential workshop participants will learn how to release unhealthy emotions through movement and art therapy. Class can be taken as a single class or the entire three part series. Designed to assist children with trauma and children that are struggling with the current changes in their world. Additional resources are available for further support.
